Deception, Deception, Deception. I kicked off this whole thing in mid-December, and they assured me it would wrap up by late January. I've been shuffled between three different loan officers and keep getting the same old runaround. This morning, I got a text from the latest loan officer, Robert, telling me I needed to log in to check my loan offer. But guess what? It wasn’t there! When I reached out, Robert informed me that was just an automated message and my loan is still stuck in underwriting. Honestly, I’ve had my doubts about Lendio from the start and should’ve just gone with another option when I first realized how disorganized they are. I could’ve saved myself a whole lot of time and hassle. I WILL NEVER USE LENDIO AGAIN, and I really wish I could give them a zero-star rating.
